Yes. You keep your business number and customers keep calling it. Missed calls forward to us, and texts come from a separate local texting number we provide. Your replies go out from that texting number too.
Does Retain Bridge book appointments for me?
No. On Text-Back and Pro, you call the customer back yourself; we make sure they hear from your business within seconds. On Done-For-You, answering inquiries and scheduling estimates is coming soon.
Which plan is right for me?
Text-Back ($129/mo) is for solo contractors who want every missed caller to hear back. Pro ($297/mo) is for growing teams sending estimates weekly. Done-For-You ($597/mo, waitlist) is for owners who want us handling inquiries and scheduling.
How long until it's live?

How much work is setup for me?

Is texting customers allowed?
Yes, when it's done right. We register your business with the carriers (A2P 10DLC), only text people who contacted you, honor STOP right away and only send between 9 AM and 8 PM.
