Derek Henrich, Founder
Derek Henrich is a United States Marine Corps veteran and founder of Retain Bridge, a company built on a simple belief: small businesses deserve access to the same powerful technology and operational advantages as larger organizations, without the complexity or overhead.
Growing up, Derek watched his grandfather build and operate his own HVAC company in an era when relationships were managed through landline calls, handwritten notes, and books filled with customer information. Those records represented years of hard work, trusted relationships, and the foundation of a successful local business.
Having spent many summers working in the trades himself, Derek gained an appreciation for the demands placed on small business owners. From managing customers and scheduling jobs to answering calls and completing the work itself, running a business often means wearing every hat.
While technology has transformed how businesses operate, many independent contractors and small businesses still face the same fundamental challenge: there are only so many hours in the day.
Derek founded Retain Bridge to help change that.
